Hawaiian Swing was popular for a few years, especially when the Hutjumpers made the cover of MidWeek Magazine, one of Hawaii's most circulated papers.

Their self titled CD won a Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Best Jazz CD in 2000, and is popular worldwide with the Swing dance crowd and on the World Wide Web.
